Re: [Honda-C70] oil pump

Can't answer the first question as I am very new to the group.  but for 2, a good flush is kerosene or #1 diesel.  For 3, compressor oil is not recommended in a combustion engine, I would imagine it would cause some problems down the line like some sort of friction failure.  compressors are usually run from a source of power as opposed to the gas engine which is the power and undergoes lots of stress and temperature everytime it fires. Why do you need a more powerful oil pump?  Maybe just a new one would do?Michael

Hello group.

(1)For my 72cc, is it possible to install a more powerful oil pump?

Is it possible to install an external oil cooler radiator?

Are these things available and done?

(2)For oil flushing, what is best? Cheap oil? Diesel? Gasoline? Flushing additive in can? 10 weight oil?

(3)Is compressor oil ok to use as engine oil?
